I used this company to move in ******* of 2022 when I bought a house and there were no issues so when I sold the house I called them again. They sent 2 guys over on 7/13/2023 to help us move to a place were renting while our new house is being built. They broke feet off 2 dressers, completely destroyed my daughters dresser, and dented and gouged several other pieces of furniture. We paid them $1900 for this move. Thats not even the worst part! The next day while my daughter and I were unloading some stuff from my car one of them showed up at our new place. He said that when he went to try to get paid the night before at the shop where the business is located the other 4 guys who had been at my new place unloading the truck were smoking crack cocaine. He went on to say that the guy who was with him at my house all day had smoked crack in the back of the truck with my furniture & that same guy had made comments about stealing our belongings, like, oh, ***** (company owner) likes ******* I should just take this. This employee also said that the reason the 2 guys who showed ** in the morning didnt have help until they arrived at our new place to unload the truck is because the other 3 were at the shop smoking crack & that one of the guys mentioned that he thought he left a crack pipe in my garage or basement! On Saturday, 7/15/2023, my husband saw an email from them asking for a review so I typed in a summary of what happened. Several hours later I got a text from *****, the owner, saying, he heard I had a visit from the employee and that he had fired him, that he wanted to try to resolve the issue. We went back and forth regarding payment for damages because he didnt want to make an insurance claim. His offer was $250 and to move us for free next time. With all the damage theyd done and the crazy visit from his employee in front of my daughter, my suggestion was for him to just credit us back for this move and we could part ways. After that, he quit responding.
