    I went in to purchase a vehicle for my daughter. At first everyone was welcoming and helpful until they found out that I was not going to finance through them. They were pushy on selling me a warranty that I did not need and bold face lied to me several times. They said they would not accept a check feom.my bank that was not something they did. They refused to give me a purchase agreement when I asked 3 times. My lender tried calling them several different times only for them to lie to him so they did not have to talk to him. Finally someone called my Lender after business hours thinking he would be gone. Thankfully my Lender waited for their call and warned Rosen how wrong they were. At the end Rosen did take the bank check and I did buy the vehicle. My advice is if you purchase from them know your rights because they WILL try and get as much money as they can out of you. Thank goodness I had ********* ****** ***** on my side.
