    details: the transaction date was november 12th i placed an order for 2 separate items for 217.98$. processing is supposed to take 1-4 business days and then i should be receiving a tracking number. i also purchased express shipping due to the urgency of the items coming in. problem: i havent received a tracking number or even an estimated delivery time. i was under the impression that the delivery would come in within a few days upon purchasing express delivery but clearly i was wrong. id just like to know an eta on the product since the customer service email is too busy to respond :(

    This customers order was placed on Saturday November 12th at 2:07 pm. The order was shipped on Thursday November 17th at 11:28 am (4 business days after the time of order). The order was delivered via **** to the shipping address provided by the customer on November 25th.

    I am with green dot they have took over **** out of my account and I didnt buy any of it , I called to report it they told me they couldn't cancel the transaction it's in pending and there is nothing they can do, they have locked me out my account however money has been taking back to back out of my account every hour from 6am through the time I canceled my card however they told me to just let it go through and then they might put it back and once it's already posted they can't refund me my money. , they supervisor told me she couldn't tell me anything which transactions where already posted and kept saying so about the problem however did not replace my funds back on my account and they're acting like they can't hear me and hang up, they are telling me to relax and just let them steal all the money out my account which will be messing up my credit, because it's transactions for ******* to ****** every transaction. I did not make any online purchases with this card I haven't gave anyone my card to use , it just started leaving out of my account and I can't do anything but go completely broke... it's out of my hands. I am on the verge of loosing my mind and my life is being torn into pieces by this ....

    We are sorry you are having issues with Green **** We searched our system using your name, email, and address provided. We had no luck in finding orders with your email and shipping address, but we were able to locate 2 orders that were placed with us on Saturday August 27, 2022 under your name. Both orders have been cancelled and refunded.One transaction was for $211.99 and another for $263.74.

    The $263.74 order was cancelled immediately by our fraud partner No Fraud, but the purchase for  $211.99 did go through. Please allow 3-5 business days for the $211.99 refund to post to your account.

     

    We are unable to locate any other orders that are for $1,150 and $500 each. 

    If you are able to provide us the last 4 digits of the card we can provide you more information about the purchases we have located, the shipping address provided, as well as the email address that was used to make the purchases. This will help you in working with Green *** to get any other unauthorized transactions refunded.
