    Brand new customer for Hotel K here. Ran across the Hotel K website looking for someone to attend to my elder dog Diego while I was a way for a week. I did a bunch of ****** searching, read a lot of reviews and then got in touch. Jimmy * was super responsive, I got a call back almost immediately, and Jimmy continued to wow me with his responsiveness throughout the initial discussions and getting my dog sitting set up. The Hotel K website is very well organized and easy to use and asks for all the right information. Class operation for sure. Being a new customer and not having had any experience with the Hotel K caregivers that were being recommended, Jimmy set up an initial meet and greet and also additional trust visits for me and my dog with the care givers just to help me get over my uneasiness. That was really appreciated and got me past any qualms I might have had. My caregivers were Christine for overnight stays and Diana for daily dog walks. I liked them both very much immediately at first introduction and both wowed me with attention and care of my old guy. Both did an absolutely super job of keeping me informed on how my dog was doing with both daily text messages and pictures. Diego was in great hands and he got the kind of care and attention he needed while I was away. Start to finish I had a great experience with Hotel K, Jimmy, Diana and Christine. Highly recommend all, they did a wonderful job. I can't express how much appreciation I have for their outstanding efforts in taking care Diego

    On a scale of 1-5, I would rate Hotel K, and dog sitter Jimmy ** a 6+!! Jimmy’s communication is best in class and his sitting priorities are fantastic. I highly recommend using Hotel K and I will definitely use their sitting services in the future.

    I have used Hotel K for a few years now and they have done a great job with my pets and are personable, dependable and I will use them for watching my cats when I am out of town and feel relieved to know they are in such capable hands!

    My diabetic cat DIED on 4/11 while in the care of **** (********?) @ HK. My cat was insulin dependent and went into ketoacidosis from lack of insulin. **** was dishonest about her qualifications and deprived ****** of lifesaving insulin whilst convincing me everything was fine and refusing to transport him to his primary to take over instead of admitting the job was out of her league. I returned to a home with vomit everywhere, dirty litter boxes, filthy dishes piled in my sink, old food festering in the garbage for 5 days, and a CLEARLY sick cat that had to be rushed to hospital @ 3am where his tiny body eventually gave out! This is a disgusting, selfish, and preventable tragedy and it appears that I am not their first client to experience such an event by staff @ **. **** should not be allowed near anyone's pets; medical needs or not! **** killed my soul kitty and has no conception or care for the long lasting damage she has done and the amount of grief I am experiencing with this loss. I will not keep their secrets! Buyer beware!

    I am so pleased when I found Hotel K and they surpassed my expectations. Having owned cats for a majority of my life, their safety and well-being are my utmost concern. As a pet owner it is always scary to trust someone to care for your companions when you can’t be there. And that’s where Hotel K and Jimmy * made me feel instantly at ease. Jimmy worked with me through the initial sign up process and I had my first cat sitter scheduled to look after my pets when I had to travel. I had a meet and greet with the sitter and he was so thoughtful and excited over my two kittens, I knew right away they’d be in good hands. What I enjoy so much about the service is that after a visit, Hotel K’s sitters send an update on their visit along with pictures of my pets. Leaving my cats for any length of time is a stressful experience, but Hotel K takes the stress out of it, making me feel assured that my cats are in the best possible hands. I highly recommend them!
