      We had a whole house of new windows installed. From start to finish they were very professional and did a fantastic job. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for new windows. The installers were friendly & went above & beyond our expectations.

      Everyone at Mad City was great to work with! From the initial consult, to the measurement verification, to the installation it went seamlessly. Kudos to the crew! The lifetime warranty, especially being transferable should we move, is a great piece of mind. Thank you Mad City!

      Horrible experience with the sales pitch woman. Half an hour late for our appointment, spent an hour and a half talking about their company. Measured the bathroom, insisted we needed a newer window when the one we have is so new it still has stickers on it. Gave a quote of 18,000 which is 3 shower walls, 2 grab bars and a small area of ceiling. Then started talking about discounts for the month etc etc. price went down to 16,000. After telling her we would need to discuss it before we make a decision she started bad mouthing ********* ***** whom we didn't even mention. Told us no one else was better than Mad City and what was our problem not seeing that. This led to a very heated argument in my home. Never in my life has someone come in here and be that aggressive or insulting, we had to tell her to leave! While she was leaving she never shut up about how she's not coming back once she goes and how old she is with how many hours she drives a day, how much it's costing her in gasoline etc etc. These people may have and I say that lightly, may have a good product but their sales staff is one attitude short of getting arrested in someone's home.

      We had three of our biggest problem windows replaced by Mad City Windows and already, we've noted the difference. Not only do they look SO much nicer, they hold in the heat and keep the hot air of summer OUT. Windows are expensive and just maintaining the house you own is a huge financial responsibility! Mad City offers so many options and all the prices are up front with no surprises. We enjoyed the whole process and the installation day was swift, painless, and EXCELLENT work.       Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Work hard to make sure I was completely satisfied. Went over and beyond by cutting my towel bar to fit after installation. The only thing that could use some improvement is customer service communication concerning appointments.

      Ms ******* and I love our new windows. It's like living in a whole different house. We also noticed the AC is running a whole lot less. The installation was very efficient, minimally invasive. Everyone from the beginning of the process has been very professional and made us feel we had their personal attention.

      Had Mad City rip out and old tub shower and replace it with a walk in shower.Looks great ands adds a lot to the house.

      Mad City installed a new tub and shower for me last week and they did a great job. They showed up on time and completed the project in one day with no delays. They cleaned everywhere they worked before they left. We're really happy we went with them.
