I ***** a tow. I chose M&S because they were able to tow it to their location and also do my repairs. I was told I needed a wheel bearing, control arm and a new wheel. I asked that they also do the oil change. I am not confident any of the work got done. I was given a total of 600 plus dollars for everything. When I did find out that the car was done I was told that I needed a new wheel to put my tire on. I told them I would look for the rim and get it to them. I had just put four new tires on my car at discount tire, so I knew all of my tires we're good. I said that it would be best to pull off fully assembled, so they waited two days while I located a new wheel. When I went to pick up the car I was not told that they put the new wheel on without replacing the tire, which I had provided in the trunk. Which brings me to my next problem. My trunk no longer opened. It appears there was some type of damage done. The officer on scene can confirm that I opened my trunk. Somehow between then and when I got it back it broke.the No one, mentioned anything about my trunk not being functional. I woke up 2 days later and both of my front wheels were on flat. Again, all four of my tires were brand new. There's no reason any of the four should not have been functional. I then took the car to another mechanic and had to spend another 400 plus dollars on the car. I was in need of tie rods, two, and, to have the tire put on wheel. The wheel that was left on my vehicle was bare, wires poking out. When I called to get resolution I was not offered any solution, rather, I was blamed. The second mechanic, which I visited immediately after this failure, can contest to what the repairs look like in the condition my car is when I pulled off. I wasn't even given the courtesy of knowing I was at risk because that tire they put on the car was not functional. I got the wheel from the junkyard. I believe they took advantage of my emergency situation, and left me, potentially, at risk

Not sure if this is done right..but the customer car was towed to the shop due to her tire coming off while she was driving...we were told to fix the problem not her car..we fixed what caused her tire to fall off that's it that's all..if her tires were new or whatever the case was we weren't aware of it..as for any other problems with her car, we weren't aware of those problems..had nothing to do with or trunk or anything..it was closed when she picked it up..her tires being on a flat had nothing to do with us..In her report she mentioned they were new..so being flat had nothing to do with us..when a rim was brought in and she wanted the tire change that could have easily been mentioned.. we charged her for what we did and what she wanted done..
