    ******** and ***** are refusing to unlock my storage that is only 3 days past due. Todays date is October 3rd 2023. Per *****, Their policy is to lock it after being past due 9 days. It has not been 9 days since the month started!! it has only been 3 days. At this point I believe my things have been stolen as ***** mentioned an auction in the audio file. ******** was very rude and refused to tell me her name when I notified her I was recording for legal purposes and disconnect the call: I will be sharing this video on Instagram, ************************** and all the local news stations. The police are stating that it is a civil suit and will not do anything they are completely Worthless. They need to unlock my storage immediately and compensate me at this point! I cannot access my belongings. I will be contacting an attorney immediately

    I would like to file a complaint against Extra Space Storage located on Seybold Rd in ******* **. This is actually the 2nd time that they took money out of my bank account without my permission. I do not have auto pay! This is the last straw!!! They not only took out the funds illegally but also did out am amount much larger than what my current bill is supposed to be. I called them a few times, left voice messages asking for a call back with an explanation as to the amount and as of today not only have they not returned the call but took the funds from my bank account! THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE!! I was able to speak to another location who did confirm that I was not on auto pay so there is no way they should have been able to debit my account--well they did!!! The other issue is regarding the amount. My normal monthly charge was $69 and this was for $126! I was told a few minutes ago by the woman on the phone that there was a rate increase and that a letter was sent out 30 days ago! For a rate increase of this amount, they should have insured that customers actually received the letter by requiring a signed document to be sent back to them or a phone call or something!! AGAIN, UNACCEPTABLE! Now, I'm faced with the unexpected task of locating another facility and the expense of having my things moved. YES, I WANT TO LEAVE THESE CROOKS BUT ON MY TERMS!!
