      The Schmidts been abusing and over charging with extra fees the citizens of ******* ********* for decades.And the police department always calls them even if other towing companies are available or closer.It's always their only choice no matter what we say.And when ppl with low income cant afford their high prices they hit you with more fees to the point the ppl cant afford to get their vehicles and they end up keeping them.Be aware if u EVER need a towing service DO NOT call this place.

      ZERO stars for this RIP-OFF joint! (They force me to select ONE) Why the police department use them is beyond me... unless they're getting a kick-back. They drove 29 miles to pick up this car... when there was a towing company 13 miles away. They towed the car back to their junkyard to extort an additional DAILY FEE.... instead of taking the car to the owners home less than 5 miles away. $1300-PLUS for this little adventure. Half of that would still have been excessive. ABSOLUTE, TOTAL **. If I could scream that any LOUDER... I would! *******.... COMPLETE AND UTTER ****** THIEVES! READ the other reviews... SAME OLD ****... different day!

      This place and the ********************** certainly have some type of scam working. Wife had her car stall in the middle of a busy intersection, we called our roadside assistance and unfortunately it was taking to long. The city police officer said they would have it towed at the expense of the city and our tow service could pick it up there. I am going on 3 days of them not releasing it and saying that I owe them $800. The car was 4 miles from their lot. Whether it is the city or this tow lot they are running a complete and utter scam and should be investigated by the someone other than the ******* police. Read yelp, many other stories that follow the same scheme.
