      Horrendous experience thus far. Nearly $6,000 of labor and equipment paid for and it doesn't function as it should. Let's start with when they came out initially; they didn't listen to where I wanted the equipment and installed it as they please. Mind you it's against code and lazily done. Also, they seemed to have forgotten to ask me if they can drill into my walls as well. All said and done, the equipment is in the wrong order (Iron curtain, Softener, and In-line Filter.) so it doesn't function as it should and they the order it is in will require a lot more salt and take life away from my softener. They have been out to my house 3 times now and still no resolve or care to fix the issues. The iron curtain is creating so much air vacuums in my domestic water piping are forming and rendering my fixtures unusable at most times. Or there are such intense air episodes water just sprays out violently and shakes my water piping. I have a brand new 32 gallon pressure tank and 50 gallon water heater that function as they should and when I bypass their equipment my water works just fine. They simply do not answer the phone or respond to emails and ignore the issues. Get told they will follow up and never do. They also don't clean up their mess either. 1/29/24 - The saga continues. The placed my equipment in the incorrect spot initially and I told them this. They said it could be moved. Fast forward 6-8 visits later they move it. (Still not to ********* plumbing code) They didn't bother to clean up their mess after leaving either. They broke my tile floor and did not tell me. They just slid a piece of equipment over it, unfortunately I didn't notice until my dogs ball rolled into the equipment yesterday. This was completed around the end of November; out of nowhere they email me a "past due" balance of $300! This is after 2 months of not being able to use our water correctly and having $7500 worth of equipment installed.This place is an absolute nightmare. Steer clear.
