    On July 21, 2022, the *********************************** sent a check, amounting to $1,029, to *********** for a Comfy ****************** Scooter. The check was accepted, but a scooter was never received. The Society has attempted to email and call, but have not received a response about the missing scooter.

    I have tried to contact this business by phone, and the recording states that it's not a working number. I have tried to go to their website, and it's not working. I need some service on my VIVE scooter that have purchased and still paying for. There hasn't been any communication saying that they were going out of business, relocating or anything.

    On May 31, 2022, my father, *********************** called Rehabpulse to order a motorized scooter. On June 1, 2022, his debit card was billed for $4992.27. On June 1 and 2, 2022, *******************, the salesman called my father and left a message that his scooter was on back order and would not be available until July 1, 2022. I can only assume that my father had another conversation with ******************* on June 10, 2022 because he was billed an additional $247.00. On June 11, 2022 my father was taken to the hospital with severe pneumonia and was medevac'd the same day to critical care in Virginia. He was lucid enough to tell me to cancel his scooter. I was unaware of the purchase. I called on June 12, 2022 and spoke to **** to cancel and request a refund. I spoke to **** many times to inquire why the refund had not posted and she blamed accounting. My father DIED on June 22, 2022! I called Rehabpulse on July 29, 2022 and was informed that **** had left the company. The power scooter was never delivered.I spoke to ***************************** on July 29, 2022 and was told the same old story. It is now August 8, 2022 and I need help with this issue. I need all of the money refunded to my father's account so that I can disperse money to my siblings
