    This company sold me windows, I financed through their finance lender ********. The contract was that LEI had authority to withdrawal the home improvement funds from this account as needed and they had exactly 6 months to do so before LEI was no longer able to request funds. I got a text message that LEI requested ******* from the ******** Account for the windows. The windows were then installed in my home in March/April. In May 2022 I paid the total to ******** of *******. LEI never requested any additional funds to be taken from the ******** Account and the deadline was June 2022. ******** then sent me a letter stating that the my account was paid in full for the funds that LEI requested and that they would be closing my loan account with them as there was no monies owed and the contractor had not requested any additional funds by the 6 month date,. NOW MONTHS later, I got a bill from ******** stating that I owe them ******** when I contacted them to discuss this the lady stated that it was a mistake because the person who worked there previously just didn't do their job and they didn't request the additional funds for the windows by the deadline. They didnt realize that this was happening and so I should refinance the windows for an additional *****

    We completely understand the inconvenience this may have caused you and we are sorry, but taking advantage of a small business and expecting them to pick up 50% of your job based on a small error is completely ludicrous and really shows your character. We will continue with the lean process if the balance is not settled.
