      On 7/2/24 **** at Hubbartt Electric reached out to me about ****************** regarding a few light fixtures that we needed to replace in a basement, as well as cover a couple outlets. I sent him pictures of what I wanted done. Needless to say, they didnt get to the job till 9/30/24.**** called me that day and I told him on the phone what needed to done and sent pictures. The only thing he asked about was an old telephone line that needed to be cut. I agreed to that as well. I have worked with them for over 15 yrs and they've always been very reasonable. And, if the job was going to be a big job, they would always give me a quote. Previously, they quoted me $5000 for work that needed to be done on the upstairs unit and I said no. I had no reason to believe that he was going to do other work other than what I had asked him to do because its never happened in the past. Until 10/31, I opened up the bill for $4433.43. I immediately texted the owner. He said he didnt even know they were going to that property and that it was probably ****, his estimator that instructed them to do the work.We did not ask **** to do any of this other wiring that he said he did in the basement. *****, the owner said that he would figure something out with the bill. Well, that was the last I heard from him. So, I thought to be fair I would pay 1/3 of the bill. I felt like I paid way too much for what I was asking to be done. I have text messages and pictures showing proof of what I want done in my conversations with *****, the owner of the company. I would like the Better Business Bureau to check into their practices. We feel we paid them more than we even should have for the unauthorized work. At the very most, we should have been charged for the work we asked them to do, which would be around $350. And, we paid $1477.81. We want them to stop harassing us and sending the same bill!

      06/13/23 ******* electric sent a technician to my house for a breaking tripping issue on above date. He changed breakers. Prior to sending technician they had one of their other men stop by and discuss what would be done. I was told more than one time. Three to be exact. This is to new to be having problems and we will cover this under warranty. After I stated it was more than a year old the man stated that doesn't matter we need to stand by our work. Fast forward to bill time. I received a bill in the mail for the work the technician had done. I called left more than 15 voice mails and left emails for about a month before I received one phone call on 7/5/23 from what I believe is probably a secretary in the office? She stated she would look into I all and call me back. She never called me back and has not communicated with me since. This company now sent me another bill with interest charges on it. I want this company to stand behind their work since I was told from the first man 3 times it was covered. There was no other communication after that was said. They are not getting back to me and truthfully it is unprofessional to do such a thing.

      Hello, Hubbartt Electric was called out to ***** and ******************* residence to fix problem with circuit tripping. We diagnosed the problem to a faulty breaker that was installed 3 years *****. Hubbartt Electric covers workmanship and parts for one year from date of installation. After talking to my technician, he said that we would cover it if it was installed within a year of the installation. That being said, the breaker failed that is three years old and is not covered under the manufacture one year warranty. This was also not a workmanship issue so none of the labor would be covered anyways. As far as the emails and voicemails to our office but I apologize but we did not receive all of them. We have tried to call and did leave a message to call us back but then we received this from BBB. Please call your office and ask for ***** so we can get this resolved. Once again sorry for the bad experience with Hubbartt Electric. We try our best to provide service to the community.

      Thanks **********;
