    The owner and staff are not reliable, truthful or professional. They do not respond to issues in a timely fashion and often are not truthful in responses. I do not recommend using them for any reason, maintaining your property or leasing with them. Absolutely worst experience ever.

    This "management " company is HORRIBLE! They ARE NOT professional. They NEVER pick up their phones. They NEVER return calls, UNLESS the customer leaves an angry message. They do THE BARE MINIMUM. They basically collect the money and do NOTHING. Almost my ENTIRE complex has the same opinion. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! She told me she has other clients that's her excuse for not picking up calls. NOT ONCE did anyone call her and she picked up. VERY POOR BUSINESS!!!!! We've only ever dealt with Ronda. BEWARE!!
