      On August 8, 2024 *** *******, of K.Bee Window and Siding *** gave my husband and I an estimate for new windows and took a $5271.00 deposit. The contract signed stated estimates construction start of 8 weeks (October 4th) and a estimated completion date of 10 weeks (October 18th). We have recieved zero communication from the company. My husband called him October 22nd for an update, and *** said he had to look into and would get back to us. He never called back. I have called him multiple times today, 10/28, on the three different numbers listed on his business card with no response. Today, 10/28, we also recieved a letter from his business, stating he is going out of business as of November 1st. The letter was dated 10/21 with a postmark date of 10/26. This letter states he is going to work for a ******* ******* at J Bee Home Improvments. When I looked this business up and called their phone number it goes strate to one of ***** numbers.

      hello

      in reguards to complaint  i have no control on how long windows take to come in from the manufacturer we go through.  estimated time is 8 weeks, but sometimes its 10 -12 weeks depending on what style of window is ordered and how busy the manufacturer is.  as to the letter, i sold the company to my daughter, due to getting older and she is younger and has alot of  computer knowledge to make the company more computer generated.  the manufacturer warranties all stay in affect, and i can concentrate more on the sales end of the company working for her.  as of today, november 11th, we started install of the customers ********************* and should finish today   thank you

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.   They returned our many calls after the complaint was filed.  We still had to initiate all communication to set up installation.  We are still waiting for replacements of defective products (not KBee's fault).

      they were hired to tuck point the brick and replace rotten wood on exterior of house and cover trim with aluminum. paid over half of the total job. they installed part of a soffit not doing the brick first, covered rotten wood with aluminum, and the part of soffit they installed they didnt use any flashing so now with all the rain the wood is moldy and shingles are wet underneath so it all needs to come down and redone with good wood and install flashing so rain doesn't get under shingles. Or give me a full refund. They covered the whole brick with mortar when they tried tuck pointing so the brick are now gray rather than yellow. everything they did needs to be redone or full refund.

      we were hired to tuck point brick that had missing mortar and to repair rotten soffit and fascia on a very old building from the 1800"s  the  installers first of all removed the rotten soffit and fascia and freeze board because it was totally deteriorated, so we had to start over. the installers built new soffit and fascia and freeze board with all new wood which i purchased which i have receipts from menards.  the home owner says we went over rotten wood with aluminum which is not true  we capped the new wood with aluminum. the tuck pointing was done with new mortar and yes it is gray, i have never seen yellow mortar, and that was not an issue or bought to my attention that he wanted colored mortar.  the homeowner has been very hard to work with and has insulted not only one crew that walked off the job, but a second crew that wont go back because in his opinion were doing everything wrong. at this point i told home owner that were not going any further because what we do is not good enough.  the down payment he made does not cover the material to do what we completed, and labor payed to installers for what they completed and the rental of the lift to do the job because of the height of the building. i told home owner that even though he owes more money for what we did so far that i would call it a wash and find someone else to complete job if he is going to give the installers a hard time and thats were it was left.
