      Do Not be fooled - this supposed contractor will take the job then spend double or triple the time needed to complete. We had to chase him down nearly every day. We finally took things into our own hands and did a bunch of the work ourselves. He requested upfront payment of 25% which was paid in early April but did not even start the job until the end of June after promising multiple start dates and never showed. The work done was mediocre at best and not one project was completely finished. We have been left doing all trim work and having to contract with another company to complete one room so ending up with more expense. IF you make the mistake of contracting with this person make sure you have a completion date specified (my guess is he wont take the job if you do that) and make sure any/all change orders are completely documented in writing. He says labor and materials included then charges for items not contracted so I would also recommend any contract include line items and cost of materials. This is not a good, professional company- my recommendation is stay clear of him!!

      Beware! Beware! He rarely returns calls and when he does he lies. Never follows through. Asks for money before job is even scheduled. Stay away from!!!
