    I ordered an item from this company and paid extra for two day shipping. The package was delayed due to whether, which I know we cannot control. What we can control is how we treat customers who pay for their hard earned money and if a service is not rendered refunding people accordingly. DLT is defusing to refund the two day payment I spent. While I will never do business with them again, I suggest that folks do not spend money in expedited shipments and stick to their free shipping option. Im truly not upset at not getting my package in the time I paid for. Weather happens and we cannot control it. However, a company not making it right is truly unacceptable.

    I ordered a knife from the merchant, DLT TRADING. The knife never made it to me. The tracking info said delivered but I never received any package. I contacted the merchant and they advised me to contact ***** I did that and every number possible was only for automated assistance, none for speaking to an actual representative. I relayed that info to the merchant and they never got back to me. I filed a claim with PayPal to try and get the money back, but PayPal just goes by what the tracking info says. They prefer to just believe the merchant rather than helping out their loyal customers. I just want my money back for a product I didnt receive. I have attached the emails between the merchant and I. Please help me.

    The merchant didnt send anything pertinent that says the package was delivered to the correct address. The tracking info says delivered but the package never arrived to my home address. All I want is my refund for not receiving the order and for the item I paid for.

    Good afternoon ********************, I hope this email finds you well. Im writing to you through email because apparently my response to the above mentioned complaint didnt go through on the website. I responded to this complaint immediately. But the merchant didnt reply with any proof except for a tracking # that shows the item as delivered. I have never received this package and I have asked my neighbors in case it was delivered there or if they picked it up. None of them have the package and now Im down $200+ for an item that I never received. The merchant didnt offer any type of resolution when I first contacted them. I wouldve accepted a resend of the product to at least have something that I can say I have.  But instead Ive lost $275 plus dont have an item in hand. I just want Justice and fairness. Its not fair that PayPal nor the merchant are held responsible for this unfairness. Please reply at your earliest convenience. Thanks in advance.
