    I paid for 2-day express shipping for one of my consumers and the package arrived a day after the stated arrival guarantee date. When the package for express shipments don't arrive by the guaranteed date you can request a refund & this is what I did since my consumer received her package late, however I was surprised when my request for a refund was quickly denied like as soon as it was submitted as if it's automated to deny refund request. Due to this I filed a dispute & then that was promptly denied after 12 or so hours, needless to say I'm looking into ***** or *** to ship my business packages with from now on because this is u acceptable! I could've ship the package regular first class mail if I wanted the package to arrive within 3-5 days & they don't stand by or on their refund practice when the package/item is delivered after the guarantee date, wish I didn't have to get them to mail me ANYTHING let along ship my packages through them which I'll be looking into alternative methods!
