    I have reached out to the business multiple times about an online order that was never shipped. The company never responded to me, and I ordered the item over a month ago back in December. I would just like my money refunded.

    We use Big Commerce to process our online orders.  There are no messages through there and no calls from the phone number on your order to our phone number.  Just for future reference....what phone number have you called?  Where else did you message?

    Our system shows the hat was shipped but tracking has no activity so we did refund you.  

    I apologize for the trouble.
