      Company was a no show for the first appointment for an estimate. They re-scheduled for May 24, 2023. Since then, they have not supply an estimate but have plenty of excuses. They seem spend a lot of time responding to reviews. If they spend half as much time on customer service, they might have great ratings.

      My fence installation remains unfinished, yet they have already taken full payment (north of $15k) and it is nearly impossible to reach their office. When I do, the communication is short, cold, and unprofessional. So they processed payment for an expensive, unfinished project yet somehow you can't reach anyone on the phone, and emails that are acknowledged (rare) are typically not much longer than a sentence.
      The double gate in my fence needs a drop rod put in to function properly. They weren't able to finish it the day of the main installation so they temporarily used a bungee cord to keep the gate in place. The plan was to return the next week to finish the installation. It has now been 9 weeks, and the gate is still tied to a bungee cord. Despite regular efforts (one way: on my part) to discuss the specific timeline for finishing, I can't get an answer.
      We stipulated in the contract that the company sticker would not be placed on the fence, but it was anyway.
      The crew that installed the fence was friendly, but the overall experience has been a challenge.
