Hi. I'm looking for the fee that was wrongfully charged to my savings account to be refunded. The account was created when I was a minor by my father. I was never made aware or given any notices as an adult of any inactivity fees. I called today about an overage that I paid on my closed credit card account. That's the point I was informed. I have no idea if these fees were wrongfully charged in the past. I was always told because I had a credit account, I had to have either a checking/savings... My main savings is elsewhere and with the wrongful fees, you've taken much more than the interest on my account. I want all inactivity fees--- For sure the last $5 fee. As well as a FULL statement since the account has been created of ALL fees charged and deposits. You can attach it to cashier's check pending for the balance and my credit card overage now that the account has been closed.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I received my latest inactivity fee as a $5 refund though I have yet to receive a full list of deposits and fees since account opening. I have no idea how long this has gone on for and have no way to access that information myself anymore.

    Regards,

Required printed statements would have been provided to the address on file, which agreed to the address we received from ******************** when we spoke a few weeks back.  As courtesy, account activity for the last year will be mailed to ******************** tomorrow showing no other activity has occurred during that timeframe.  This was also confirmed when we last spoke.

Fees applied to accounts are disclosed as part of our consumer disclosure packet, which was provided upon account opening and again on the ************************ 18th birthday.  Our consumer disclosure packet is designed to provide transparent information about the fees associated with our products and services, ensuring members are aware of any charges that *** apply.

    Better Business Bureau:

Do you see what Im dealing with? Ive never received paper statements for ANY account with them and havent been able to get into my online banking since my credit card was shut down over three years ago. Also, I never agreed to anything on the phone call with them. Thats just being blatantly dishonest. I also never received ANY terms sent on my 18th birthday from them to my forwarding address. You can close this case but make sure it is visible to other prospective clients. The way they do business is not okay. Everyone Ive ever known thats banked with them has had these same issues. Theyve all also switched institutions.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
