      Extremely happy! Everything from first contact through cleanup. This crew was amazing! Very prompt, courteous and professional. Everyone of the crew worked efficiently and sooo hard. Great quality and very impressive. Thanks to everyone, great job guys!!!

      I would highly recommend this business!They took care of my roof problems in an efficient and Professional Manner. They helped with my insurance and answered all my questions. A big thank you to Jeremy and his crew!

      We had Lauren do a small roofing job after a hail storm. Overall work was mediocre at best , communication was sub par.Then we had roof leak that we had thought was contributed to said hail storm. We again asked the Lauren team to do a quick fix. We were told it was going to be bit because of other workload constraints. We waited and waited. Because of the wait we reached out to the project manager several times with no response. **** the owner, showed up one day talking about the job and how they would fix the problem. However, he was under the assumption our roof leak was because of his crews previous job (damage control). I explained to him after an inspection from our insurance company it was a separate issue but I was concerned about mold because of our children. He spewed some lies about being a young family and they would come get it fixed while he manplained to us the issue and emphasized how a young couple was taken advantage of by the insurance company. He left and insisted he would be in touch next week. However he did not. So after a week went by I visited their Wisconsin Rapids office. I explain to the individual the situation and empty promises by ****. She ensured me we would get a response by end of day. To say the least they did not.Overall, do not work with these individuals. They run a shotty business with mediocre work. Communication is terrible and all they care about is making the most for their money while chasing storms.

      Everyone from Lauren were friendly, knowledgable, prompt and truly hardworking. From the owner Nick all the way down the line to the work crew that did our roof. Before the work could start they came out everyday to make sure the patch was holding up so we didnt have leaks while we waited for insurance to give the ok. The day they did the roof it was done quickly, efficiently and looks amazing. They explained the whole process to us and were always ready to answer any questions. I really like the fact they are local and family owned. I will definately use them in the future.

      Door to door storm chasersthey tried to sell my 93 year old grandfather a new roof and contacted his insurance company for a claimhis roof is 3 years old and has no signs of damage

      I live in a 3 building condo group. 6 units to each building. We were told to expect 2 days of workers on our 3 roofs. Starting at 6 am, they scraped the roofs, then the next wave came in to put down vapor barriers, and then the actual shingles were put down. At about 1:15 pm that same day, I went out to the mailboxes, and asked what time they were coming back the next day, (Sunday) and was told they were done, and would be done cleaning up that afternoon. 7 hours to do three large roofs!! The crews looked like ants on a cookie, but they were choreographed. Truly amazing! Our building and grounds guy went around on Monday with his metal detector, and located about 5 nails on the ground. I cannot recommend this company higher than 5 stars. That makes me sad. They were amazing!

      Lauren replaced our roof after we received storm damage. We were having some hassle with our insurance company and Jeremy was extremely helpful in dealing with them. The crew was professional and did an outstanding job. We were very impressed with the cleanup, especially since they had to remove 2 layers of shingles. We highly recommend them.

      Extremely professional and courteous. Went above and beyond our expectations. Quality work, kept the site very clean, super friendly crew. Amazing communication with both our insurance company and us. Highly recommend!

      I would highly recommend Lauren Exteriors. I had storm damage to my roof and a friend gave me their number. They had just finished getting their roof done and were very satisfied. I called Jeremy and he came over and inspected the roof. They worked with my insurance and within a few weeks everything was approved. They put a new roof on in one day and cleaned everything up. The roof looks great. I would hire them again.
