      I contacted Roehl Transport prior to finding a school, spoke with Recruitment ****, she was very helpful in explaining the process, I advised her that I wasnt interested due to the length of the contract, but that I would call them after I finished my training. During my schooling I reached out to a recruiter named **** he was very helpful at getting me ****** up to start asap! I arrived at Roehl spent a few quick days in class which seemed odd because it was so rushed! Last day I wasnt able to start till doctor ****** off on my dot physical! Which I had one days prior to my going there. Needless to say final ************* sign this sign this and go home. Waited for trainer who was such a nice KID driving less than a year 21 yrs old! Met up with him he drove most of the time told me when someone would call and all the answers are in the book just listen and answer, I was told! I drove occasionally but only because I asked an when I did he listened to music and slept hat pulled down as not to be seen on camera. Test day I couldnt do a 45 degree back I had only attempted it three times in 21 days. So I was sent with another driver after three days I felt really uncomfortable at some of the remarks made being a female I felt a little scared! I asked to get out of the truck. They passed me even though I still didnt have that back! Flatbed trucks are way different then my school truck! I was then stranded for five days at there terminal because they didnt have any one to clean a truck! I did you my voice to let them know it was not ok. I was given a training fleet manager who read everything out of a book he had no idea the tarps that were used, truck terms or weights I flew unpaid to pick up a truck in ******* an had no idea how to down shift or use the **** break. They drove me at the end to ******** ** an tried doing a close quarters course which an excellent driver would have an issue rushed not knowing what was really happening they failed me and put me on a leave of absence! Which means clean your truck out and find your way home! I was really confused! I couldnt find a job after because they put me as no rehireable! Two months after all of this Im told you have to pay us? If anyone looked into this they would find its a scam! I went solely with this company because they brag about safety. DOT should investigate these guys they are endangering peoples lifes! Now they have me in collections for **** dollars! Im smart enough to cal EEOC as well as file a suit for putting a blemish on my credit report. Someone needs to contact all government sources because this is wrong and putting your family and mine at the mercy of um trained 18 wheels with ROEHL on them! Im asking everyone to please beware of Roehl trucks on the road ways! I will be reaching out to attorneys as well! Im 55 these kids are in there 20s having there credit ruined with misinformation as well as bullies!

      Once I arrived at thier school I was partnered with a group of two others and a trainer the minute we hit the training yard the instructor was both emotionally and sexually abusive towards me. After weeks of mistreatment other employees of the company started to speak up one of the real CDL trainers stepped in and brought it to the attention of management I was placed with another instructor and told if I just took my cdl and left I wouldn't be charged for the schooling. Which is a lie they allowed the employee who was abusing me remain employed and I wasn't the only woman he was sexually Harassing all women who came through and all people of color if you were white and a good Ole boy you were fine. This place is a joke every single day i cried I have proof of my mistreatment and lots of witness

      1. I went otr with a trainer with roehl transport for a month the whole month I was otr I did nothing but drive, I did learn a little bit about the pc but most importantly I did not learn how to back into tight spaces that roehl put me through when I went solo. When I went solo I had to test out to get assigned a truck I passed the test. ***** manager assigned me a truck to pick up. Every time I went to back into a parking spot or doc the psi would fall so I let my fleet manager know and he said he would put that into note but never considered me getting it to maintenance. So the whole time I was driving the truck it had an air leak, I drove it for 2 weeks picking up loads and dropping loads. I went into phase 3 and I told my new fleet manager the same problems I was having with the truck she said ******* told her nothing about it, she also still had me doing loads. I realized they cared about the loads more than my safety. Due to me not getting the training I needed I ended up busting my sleeper window on the driver side of the truck and broke the convex mirror in the underground cave where they sent me to in ******** to pick up a load. I backed into 2 different trucks at a truck stop 2 different times but caused minor damage. I feel I was being rushed because the air would leak. I finally got to a terminal within 2weeks of the truck having an air leak which made me feel unsafe the whole time I was driving. They sent me a load to my workflow and I told them I was in the process of getting the truck put into maintenance and they insisted that I do the load first so I did it. After the truck got fixed it was still doing the same thing. Roehl had me take a close quarters training to see if I had the skill set to drive for they company and I failed because the truck was still leaking air. They terminated and took all my money from the last check I got. And now they think ima about to pay them thousands of dollars they.

      The school is scamming people with tuition. I was fired from the school after my back ground was cleared to start the schooling then cleared again a week into the schooling after they looked into my background more. When I was almost finished with schooling I had some issues with an instructor and they said my background wasnt cleared and that I had to leave and wouldnt be charged for schooling. Now theyre charging me over $8000. They rush everyone into the school to charge them tuition regardless if theyre eligible or not.
