1 starReceived part for yr make model orderd over phone. Part did not fit had to send back on my dime **** tracking indicated deliverd to address specified. Verified. Business claims no package no refund. So now I am out a part and without a refund of 400$ part. I do not recomend pure diesel power. 1 starAbsolutely horrible owner, horrible knowledge base, won't stand behind parts listings, mockingly admits to sharing work emails to make fun of customers. Condescending obnoxious and wouldn't stop emailing and harassing after asked not to . I would not use this company's online services . They sent me a product with bad threads on it and their tech-support is no help and they sell you parts that dont even work together. I expected better.

****, we apologize for the bad threads in your fuel kit you received. As far as the parts not working together, this was done on your end when you selected the options, sorry for any inconvenience. We got the new batch of the part in question in and sent it to you ASAP once you let us know of the issue. Your situation was resolved promptly and you ghosted us afterwards, then sent us emails with obscene emojis months later. When asked how we could help you, you told us to stop harassing you. Sorry we care about your customer experience, but we strive for top notch service and customer satisfaction.
