    This company ordered a part for our air conditioner under the warranty and I have texts stating the work would be done when the part arrived with no out of pocket since we have had issues every yr since moving in and they kept coming and not fixing the problem and just adding coolant, then when they finally ordered new coil and was to come out then a new owner now took over and will not honor the agreement and has the part we are suppose to have and will not give to us. We are looking for what we were told would be done to correct the issues that were never fixed.

    Good afternoon,

    We are not the company that this complaint was issued against. We bought out the business last July so although this claim wasn't filed against us we are working with the customer to fix the situation. At this time the customer has agreed to our resolution.
