    On 4/12/2022 I signed a contract with Artscapes to Wash, compact, regrout and apply **** protection to my patio, to powerwash my concrete areas and to apply natural stone curbing around my home and shed. They began the project 7/16/2022. On that they they powerwashed the concrete and patio. They came back on July 21,22,23,24,25,26,27,28.On those days they were her approximately 1 hour and left. I reported to **** one of his workers was seen vaping and urinating in my driveway. On July 30 it finally looked pretty good when **** came back so I paid him $1903.00. It rained soon after that and most of the new sand that was installed washed out. I called *********************** at ****** Landscape because I was questioning the application process as we got the sand there initially for the installation. Calls between ****** and texts with **** confirmed they were testing the sand. **** told me he would be back mid August to start the curbing. On 9/3/22 **** returned to trench for curbing. At that time he said they were powerwashing all the old sand out of the patio area and would apply new. He told me he would back 9/6 or 9/7 to install curbing. I called Artscapes 9/7 as **** was not answering my texts. They did not return my call as she said she would. They showed up at my house 9/8 at 5:30 pm to powerwash. I received a text message saying they would return in the morning of 9/9 to powerwash and afternoon of 9/9 to apply curbing. They did not come as planned. He is not answering my text. I have decided to write this formal complaint.
