    If I could give them negative stars, I would. We switched to them about 5 weeks ago and it's been a miserable experience! I've never seen so many stains... small stains to complete foot prints to palm-sized bright blue/green stains. A few finger-sized holes, and the the folding is horrible. Not only are there wrinkles pressed into the linens, the folding process just adds in additional wrinkles. My set up crew said the tablecoths look like last week's bed sheets. We had a sit down with the company and were told that we were the only company who had issues. Well, how did we get so lucky?! Turns out, we weren't and other businesses are actively looking for another linen supplier.On Tuesday, I went through 40 tablecloths to find 8 ones that were decent enough to use for a business banquet. I didn't say "good".. I said "decent" because that's how low their standards are. Today, I had to go through the last 11 tablecloths on the shelves (same size at the other ones that were horrible).. and can't find a single one I can use. Not. A. Single. One. Two are so wrinkled from the folding process, one is ivory vs. white and the rest of obviously visible stains on them. So, our delivery is set for Tuesday and I've got another corporate business meeting that starts at 8am that day... and not a single table cloth to put on the tables. Great... great great. I swear they employ blind spider monkeys to do their quality control.
