5 starsGood & quick response time from the company for a faulty alarm after having full service visit a few weeks ago. Able to get me scheduled within a week even during the busy summer season. Service tech Kevin ******** was very helpful and knowledgeable, explaining the possible reasons, recommending to keep sump pumps on separate, dedicated power source (and re-routing power to my dehumidifier). Kevin quickly replaced the control unit, along with checking and adjusting the pump run-time setting. Having just had a full service visit a few weeks ago, Kevin provided the control unit and visit under warranty that was very much appreciated.Sure-Dry, LLC

5 starsMy house was built back in 1969. From that time on, for several years, I endured constant water problems in the north half of my basement which resulted in the need to constantly wet vac the concrete floor and later the nice carpeting after that area was upgraded. I even had a special carpet installed which made it much easier to wet vac the water through it. Finally, I decided, to call Sure Dry, after having other professionals install another sump pump and trying other things. From the time Sure Dry finished their installation to the present, I have experienced NO basement water problems of any kind! Thank you Sure Dry! ***, *********Sure-Dry, LLC

5 starsThey were all very hard working, from the person who prepared the estimate, to the two who leveled our concrete and the crew who waterproofed part of our basement. As senior citizens, we appreciated the time they took to explain what they were doing and the good job they did cleaning up when they were finished. We were very pleased with their work.Sure-Dry, LLC

1 starOn Mon, Aug 14, 2023 a Sure-Dry rep met me at my home & gave me an estimate to raise my sidewalk near my garage to reverse the pitch of the sidewalk. As it was, it was pitched toward the garage & every time it rained water ran toward the foundation. The rep who gave me the quote was great and assured me Sure-Dry would fix the issue and raise the sidewalk to pitch away from the foundation. Hence, I agreed to have the work done for nearly $1200. On Aug 20, Sure-Dry employees arrived at my house to complete the job. Before they began, I asked if they needed anything else prepped by me. They said no & started the work. After a while they told me they were finished & wanted me to look at it. They leveled the concrete but did not reverse the pitch. When I pointed this out, they told me that they never do that & only level concrete. I informed them of my conversation with the rep who quoted me & that reversing the pitch was the only reason I signed the contract. Soon after, a manager arrived and reiterated to me that they only level concrete and would not reverse the pitch. After more discussion, they agreed to try and raise it a little more but not reverse the pitch. After raising it a little more I was told they had to stop because stairs to my deck were in the way. Because of this, the job was considered complete. The next day, I reached out to the sales rep with whom I signed the contract. Once again, he was very respectful and understanding. when I told him their comments on not reversing the pitch, he told me he was not aware of that and would look into it and get back to me. He texted me that there was nothing more they would do. On Sept 7, Julie from Sure-Dry left me a voicemail to call her back as she had questions for me. Unfortunately, I did not get the message until about a week later. Since then, I have called & left Julie numerous voicemails and have not heard back. Bottom line is I would never have had it done if they were not going to reverse the pitch.Review fromMark D

1 starI spent over $11600 including tax on a poly fill leveling of my garage slab. There has been 2 follow up attempts to correct the failed slab and damage done to my garage floor and walls. Every crack that was in the floor is now fully split and pitched at odd angles. The slab has collapsed in the south west corner and ripped the wall from the mounting bolts set into the slab. The west wall, north wall and south wall have all sunken and are no longer flat. After the use of the poly fill, I now have water seepage coming up through the middle of the garage floor. Sure-Dry paid me $775 dollars to cover the cost of concrete and 1/16th of the bill for me to manually mix and pour myself to fill the south west corner. They have claimed they have exceeded the estimated costs of my job by double the material costs. I must pay for any more warranty work out of pocket for materials. They knew the garage was rebuilt when they bid the job, but have hinted that I hid that information from them at the time of the bid, and the original installation and first warranty return.Sure-Dry, LLC

The original install for your project was on 6/10/22 and we first heard from you that there was an issue on 5/12/23 (nearly a year after installation) when you contacted us and sent in photos of your concern(s). One of our production managers then went out to your residency to inspect your concern on 5/24/23 and met with your wife, where it was determined there were indeed a few areas of the garage floor that had settled which we would fix, however, the main conversation was around the front corner and the garage door. The front corner did look like it settled a bit, but the concern of the garage door not closing was due to a construction issue, and not due to our concrete lifting work. Our production manager had the conversation with your wife that most of the issues you were experiencing with the garage moving was due to framing and construction issues stemming from when the garage was rebuilt after it was driven into by a vehicle. Our production manager again went back out to your residency to look at the garage and spoke with you directly on 8/11/23. During this visit, he had the conversation with you about the framing issues and mentioned again that Sure-Dry would honor the warranty and would send the crew back out to lift the affected areas along with a few more areas you mentioned you would like looked at. As mentioned at this meeting, our production manager did recommend that you needed to have another building inspector out to inspect the structural issues with the garage, however, at that time you elected not to have the inspection done..The warranty work was scheduled for 7/5/23 and 8/28/23, with the work being conducted by our production supervisor, to address the settlement concerns and to achieve additional lift. During the warranty visits, our supervisor was able to achieve the additional lift in all places, except for the front corner which was due a steel column that was in the way. We had scheduled a full-day for the warranty work to ensure you were completely satisfied. When the work was completed that day, you and our production supervisor walked around the garage with a level to ensure everything was leveled to your satisfaction, and you had said that it was. After the warranty visit on 8/28/23 when you were on-site with our supervisor conducting the warranty work, you had reached out to Sure-Dry still upset with the lift even through you were on-site during the warranty work and had stated that everything was good. You reached out to both our production manager our director of field ops where it was discussed that you were satisfied with the warranty work except for the front corner which again we were not able to get additional lift due to the steel column. During the warranty lift, the concrete floor cracks were exposed again and you had stated you would need to concrete those back in. Sure-Dry paid for you bags of concrete in addition to reimbursing you for the front corner portion that we weren't able to lift.Sure-Dry will continue working to ensure your garage floor is stabilized to your satisfaction, however, Sure-Dry will not be refunding the full project amount per your demand caused by the previous structural damage. We would be happy to discuss with you further if you would like to call our office.Thank you,Sure-Dry Management
