      The workers there are RUDE. For some reason I never receive my statements in the mail so I always end up having to call them but they are never no help nor can they explain why this is happening. So I called yesterday and they kept hanging up on me and was just super rude to me. I don't appreciate that

      I always have an issue with the FOCUS credit union in ***************, **. They always deny my service. They are rude. I made a payment back in August via mail. I gave it a few days to see if they received the payment and they said they did but it never posted to my bank account. So I didn't believe that they got it so I asked could I just come into the branch to make a payment and was told no. It was paid. But yet it was still not showing. It didn't post until this month in September. Why did it take so long for my payment to finally post when it never has before. The service is just terrible and they never want to help me.
