    I was a client from 1/2024-7/2024, and the women performing the cleaning did a great job. My problem is with the office/owner. I was promised Monday morning cleanings, 1x month, upper/main floor only ($154) with the downstairs ($180) being done infrequently and only when requested; all agreed to with the owner. The first two visits went smoothly with the main level being cleaned. However, the text and email verifying the appointment arrived the same morning as the expected service, and at times even after the time it states the team will arrive. In May the team arrived and said they would also clean my downstairs; I stated that would not be possible because I had construction occurring down there. So they again cleaned only the upper/main floor, for which I correctly paid $154. Each month the expected time was changed with no warning, even tho I had contacted them repeatedly that I could not have their service past noon. I was always assured this was no problem. But, it was, and getting texts/emails at 9:00 am stating that the team would arrive at 1:45 that day was not acceptable. I had to change my appointments for the day due to this break of agreement. After this occurred repeatedly, no matter how many assurances I got from the owner, I lost all faith and discontinued the service. I will add that I was so satisfied to start that my sister also hired them for the same-day service, also having the same issues with timing. My last day of their service was in July, 2024. Today, 10/14/2024 I received an invoice for an additional $26 for a lower-level cleaning on 5/6/2024. As this was never done, construction was being done on the lower level and it being many months since this date I find it terrible business to try to claim work done and charging me for it. I called immediately and the woman who answered the phone said she had to talk to her supervisor. I told her to do so as I would contact BBB while I waited for their response.

    We truly appreciate all our customers feedback as we strive for their satisfaction. I would love the opportunity to clarify any misunderstandings.
    We guarantee the day of service, but as it was explained during the estimate that was given before contracting the service we will always try our best to accommodate any requests but it is not a guarantee.
    As for the services that were contracted. One cleaning was to be done with the basement ($180), and one was to be done without it ($154) on an every 4 weeks schedule, as agreed by you with the company. It is the clients responsibility to communicate with the office if they needed to make any changes on the frequency of the agreed upon services, this way we would able to properly speak and add any notes for the Supervisor and team and adjust prices and times.
    After several invoices were sent, for the first time we got your call yesterday with a clear explanation on the situation. We immediatly corrected this by adjusting the invoice to $0.
    I hope this brings clarity to any misunderstandings.
