    Last week, I scheduled a free consultation for Monday, October 21st. Although the consultation went well, it's now Wednesday, and I still haven't received any proposal or estimate for the work. On Monday, I was told that I would receive the estimate later that day, but when Tuesday came around, I still hadnt received anything.I left a voicemail on the Project Specialist's direct line, and he texted me immediately, stating that I would receive the estimate later that day. However, its now Wednesday, and I still have not received anything. Around 10:00 AM, I called BCI Exteriors, hoping someone would have the quote on file to email me. I was informed that the same Project Specialist would send it over once we confirmed my email address. Now its 5:31 PM, and I still have no estimate.I already feel uncomfortable with having strangers in my home, especially without my husband present, and this lack of follow-up feels deceiving, unethical, and unprofessional. All I want is my estimate. The frustrating part is that I received this referral from the Better Business Bureau. It seems like everyone is becoming shady.

    In regards to your complaint. Our Project manager had to get special pricing for your insulations quote. This was communicated to you after the appointment the next day.   It is not unusual for quotes to take up to 3 days to receive.  We feel that our Project specialist was on top of communication and he sent over your Contract on Wednesday night via email at 5:35pm.
