  We had Integrity Roofing replaced our roof 7 years ago. We were quite satisfied with them at the beginning. However, early this year(after 6 years), we found leaks at two sides of the house, in the ceiling below the joints of the 1st-floor roof and 2nd-floor siding areas, and another area with paint peeling out. We called Christ immediately. He told us the labor warranty was only two years. They don't repair. He gave us a new quote to replace the 2nd floor siding. We called several other roofing companies, and they all told us that the joints must have been done incorrectly, and may be missing an ice-water shield (paint peeling area, not confirmed). Finally, we hired one company to redo the joint. Then we found out that Integrity Roofing didn't replace the old flashing when they replaced the roof and at least one of the flashing was missing. That is the exact place with the most serious leaking. It costs us $8000 to re-do the joints and $2000 to repair the ceiling (insurance only covered the $2000 ceiling repair).
  Later, we checked the contract with Integrity Roofing. They didn't list replacing the flashing. This is the only reason we didn't file a complaint, but we will never hire them again.

  We were hired to replace the roof shingles which we did. The "joints" (not an actual roofing term), must be referring to the step flashing which are installed behind the existing aluminum siding. We stopped out when the homeowner said there was an issue a few years after the roof was replaced, the homeowner was out of warranty, but we came out to look at the issue and determined that it was a siding issue. We offered to replace the siding and the existing step flashing, along with housewrap and tape. This is what the homeowner requested, along with options to upgrade to LP Smartside siding. They were even in the process of picking their color, when they stopped communicating with us a couple years ago. We haven't heard from them since. We stand behind our roof work and offered to fix the siding issue at a reasonable price.

  Mark ****** was our contact. We needed a new roof and gutters on our house. He was very informative and not pushy with a big sales pitch. He presented his proposal and it was perfect and within our price range. A very professional and no nonsense individual. We were surprised how quickly and efficiently his crew worked. Our roof was completed within about 5 hours. The crew took about two hours on the following Monday to install the gutters. Each crew member knew exactly what their job was and worked like busy bees. We were very impressed and satisfied with the job. Clean-up was perfect. A very motivated group of gentlemen. I highly recommend Mark and CoOwner Chris *********** for your roofing job. *******

  We werent planning to spend on a new roof this year but we knew we needed one. Chris ** helped us manage the spend to make new roofing possible. The roof and gutter teams were very productive and finished within a few days. Both teams cleaned up the site very quickly which was important to us. It was a very professional experience and we are very satisfied with the look and performance of the finished roofing and gutters.

  Marc with Integrity roofing was absolutely amazing. We were selling our current home and found upon home inspection that our 9 year old roof was in bad shape. He took us on with very short notice, helped us through the warranty process and fought to get us the best warranty deal he could. The work was exceptional, efficient, and they did a great job cleaning up. I cannot say enough good things about Marc and integrity roofing.   I would recommend Integrity Roofing to anyone needing a new roof. Mark was fantastic to work with; answering all of my questions with quick responses, explaining each step in the process, and following up once the work was complete. Would not hesitate to use them again in the future!
