    *** Pfalz of Pfalz Tiling Service Co, ***************, completed tiling in my new construction condo in April, 2021. Late last year, I noticed a problem with water leaking through the master bath shower tiling grout causing the wood baseboard to be damaged. In addition, the door frame next to the shower is damaged.I have tried repeatedly to speak with Mr. *********************** leaving message on his voice mail as well as a message on the business website. The condo developer has also tried to reach Mr. *********************** All to no avail.

    Mr. Pfalz did receive one voicemail from ******************** in early September 2022. However, she did not indicate in her message that she was having any issues - just requested him to call back. As he was on his way out of town at that time he did not return her call, and had not heard back from her at all until he received the letter of complaint from BBB. There are no emails from ******************** regarding her request for repair, and since we do not have a website, she could not have contacted him that way, as was stated in her complaint.

    Mr. Pfalz plans to call ******************** today, & is willing to complete her repair ASAP ! He does include a callback in his work - which is normally within the period of a year - so he is ready and willing to address ************************ concerns.
