ABLEISTS?! They will not design a closet for a wheelchair user. Said they did once but it was too difficult. WOW.

Unfortunately there appears to have been a miscommunication between you and the employee that you spoke to. We have done multiple projects for individuals using wheelchairs with great success. Our ability to custom build storage solutions at any height or width is what sets us apart from our competition. Thank you for calling and providing the transcript of the message ****** left for you. It is now clear that the miscommunication was within our office and not your interpretation of her message. All of our products are custom made to meet our customer's vision, and we do not discriminate against anyone with special needs. It is unfortunate and inaccurate that she told you that we cannot your project.Julie C.

The "Comment from the Business" is unclear. It seems to place some blame on the consumer, as if I in some way misunderstood their employee. They did email me, and I called to speak with the owner. I read her the transcript of the voicemail that was left by her employee. I asked her to amend her "Comment from the Business" to reflect that clearly the CONSUMER did not misunderstand what they were told.
