    Not informed through mail about a balance told by vice president I was being charged for a summer class I elected to take and not give any explanation to ***** charges appearing two years later.

    Respondent sent an email early on a Saturday morning Feb, 8, 2025. Told us she would tell *** if not hear back by Sunday (next day). CUW answered on Monday (next business day) as *************** is open Monday thru Friday (not weekends).

    Respondent received prompt response to her inquiry.

    The business is overcharging me for tution and they keep putting a hold on my account after they told me when I signed up in the beginning i would be on a payment plan and they use that as an excuse for overcharging me and don't abide by the rules. They say its policy to put a hold on your account but if that's true why when they signed me up they were not honest about all of this. They used sales manipulation tactics to get me to sign up and I would like to be refunded for all of the trouble I went through as a customer or at least 50% of it. They manipulated me to sign up for the master's degree making many false promises and none of it was true and now I just want a refund for all the devious tactics because I would have been at another school that would have been more honest.
