    I contracted Action Floors to install Pickleball court. Action Floors used a sub contractor Rich's Floor Covering, *********************************************************** *****. They installed court June 2023, after a few months part of court began to separate, causing dead spots. They came back and cut slits in court and sprayed in glue and left bricks on top to hold down. This worked for a short time , but you could see the cuts they made in court and in some spots it looked like gum stuck on court. In October I noticed dead spots were coming back and called salesman *******************************, he said not problem he would be back in early Spring and take care of. *** the dead spots have turned into bubbles and the court can not be used. They were supposed to be at my house last week but said they could not and would come this week, now ******* says ****'s floor is not responding and he does not know what is going on. All I know is this court cost me approximately $45,000 and I can not use it. Any help you can provide in getting my court fixed would be greatly appreciated.

    We pride ourselves on satisfied customers over our ******* history. Not to say we have never received complaints but when we do, we take them very seriously and ******************** complaint is no different. We should point out that we are the material supplier and his contract for the installation is with Richs Floor Covering. While the problem is not material related,we have already shipped replacement materials at no charge and they are sitting at Mr. ******** location. The problem is Richs Floor Covering has not put a priority on fixing the installation. I believe Action is going well beyond and have been trying to contact ***** and push him to respond and show up, and fix it correctly. Even though we have no contract with ******************, we will stay engaged until he is satisfied because next to our employees, the Action brand and reputation is the most important thing.
