    On Oct.20, 2022, we paid Radon Mitigators to provide and install a radon mitigation system at the home address provided. Some time after the system was installed, I started hearing an unusual and constant hollow, vibrating noise. I have turned off every appliance and had a plumber and handyman here to check the noise. Both said it was from the radon system. I have called the company for advice in the past. For example, during the winter, the system froze, so I contacted the company and was told to put a larger diameter discharge hose outside, which I did. I have called three times about this noise issue and now my calls aren't being returned. I don't know what to do and the noise is extemely annoying. In addition, I am concerned that the vibration is damaging to the system and even our house. Please have Radon Mitigators live up to their warranty and fix the issue.
