    Between 2020-2021 I built a home with Premier Builders. Premier referred Chris Foss Contractors to pour the driveway. Chris **** poured the driveway in the late summer of 2020. The driveway was poured on a day a large thunderstorm was coming in and before they had finished pouring heavy sheets of rain were falling down. By the spring time we noticed the driveway had large flakes and was chipping in the front. I asked Premier and Chris **** to stand by their work and repair this. They informed they would not unless I agreed to pay 1/4 of the cost with Lycon Concrete, Premier Builders and Chris **** paying the remaining 1/4. On Aug 31st they tore out the concrete that was damaged and informed me they would repour that week. The next week they told me not to worry they would repour that week, week of Sept 5th. It didn't happen and then the week of Sept 12th they told me it would be that week. This week, today on Sept 20th, ******* told me that Chris is refusing to pour the new concrete until all parties have paid. I never communicated that I would not pay, but I truly believe I should not since they poured during heavy sheets of rain and they should stand behind the quality of their work. I would like the concrete poured and I would like it done for no charge since they were negligent in the quality of their work.

    The home was new construction.  Typically everything is a one year warranty with the builder.
