  We had a horrible experience with Richard and Madison Fence Pros LLC. Our project was estimated to be completed in 2 weeks and took 13 weeks. Our fence construction was very poor. The gates are falling apart, pickets are popping off, and the caps either don't fit the posts or weren't attached fully and fall off. We deeply regret signing our contract with this company.

  This business stole over $2500 from me, and in another sale from my neighbor. I contracted them in the summer of 2022, after multiple follow up calls, email and text messages they stopped responding, finally in the fall when I requested my deposit be returned Jasmine ********, the registered owner of the business said the money is no longer available, claiming it was used to pay for material. I called the distributor of the fence Master Halco, they said the fence was never available or ordered. Be aware this business is operating under multiple websites with the same name all leading back to a registered LLC known as Madison Fence Pros LLC to a Jasmine ****** ********. An employee or affiliate of the business Richard ****** is driving an early 2000's white van with the company name.

  On 7/21/22, I paid Madison Fence Pros a $3,900 deposit and signed a contract for a fence installation to be completed no later than 9/30/22 after Richard ****** pushed for me to be locked down. This was a legal binding contract. On 9/9/22 I reached out to see if they were still on track to install the week of 9/19 and no response. I then reached out again on 9/12, no response. On 9/13 he responded saying he would give me a call that afternoon. He didn't call. Then on 9/14, 9/16 and 9/19 I reached out again. He finally responded on 9/19 saying that they will be completing our holes and posts that week. I let him know that we needed the fence done by the 9/30 contract date for an event that we were having. His exact response was, "We will have it done. Holes will be put in the next two days and work will start". On Friday 9/23 nothing was started and no communication was given. I even reached out to see if they were still on track to get the holes done that day. Then on 9/29 he showed up to my house and said they would come the next day to get holes and posts in. On Friday 9/30 at 2:21pm he texted me and said that his boss says it's better that they don't start to do the holes today and not get it done. He was going to give a discount to our total cost because the fence was not done in the allotted contract time. He then sent me the discount and confirmed that they will start the fence on Monday 10/3. I reached out to him 7 times that week to get an update. Not one time did he respond regarding either getting the fence complete or giving us our $3,900 deposit back plus the court filing fee and the building permit fees to build the fence. I also called and left Jasmine ******** (owner of MFP) multiple voicemails to which she didn't respond.
  I then went to the house that the business was addressed under. The woman there stated that she didn’t know anyone by the name of Richard ****** OR Jasmine ********. I asked if she knew why a fencing company was using her address
