      I purchased an Remington **************************** ****** from ****** on 7/17/2024. The razor worked great for 9 months and over the past 6 weeks or so the battery has lot its ability to maintain a charge. It will charge, but only enough to shave about half of my face. I let Remington know about this issue on May 23, 2024, and after providing a copy of the receipt, photos of the serial numbers and razor itself along with other needed information by them, they are not taking care of the problem. I let them know that I am willing to mail the ****** back, but not until I have a replacement in hand to be able to use. I have been very loyal to Remington Shavers for over 35 years and their customer service has not been helpful at resolving this problem. I would like the bbb to help get this taken care of for me. I want the razor replaced with a working model. Thank you!

      I have been speaking with Empower **************** about getting this ********************** ****** replaced but they have not been very helpful.  I want Remington to send me a new ****** to replace the one I purchased less than 10 months ago that no longer holds a charge.  They wanted me to send the ****** back so they could evaluate it.  I do not believe that I should be out any more of my hard earned money or time sending back a ****** that I have proven purchase date, serial number and send over photos.  They have everything they need and if they send me a pre-paid label I will be glad to send it back, but that is not my responsibility.  I simply want them to replace the ****** with the same model, no better, no worse.  I purchase a product expecting it to work and last longer than 10 months.  This is defective and they know that.

      I purchase a Power Xl Air Fryer on 11/25/2022 and also purchase an extra warranty to protect unit. The air fryer stop working on August ****************************************************************************** that first year goes through the company warranty to contact them which i did by phone first at ************** and also explain to them that i purchase this unit as a replacement of the same model that i purchase 2 years before and stop working completely it wouldn't turn on at all and after exchanging emails and telling them about how frustrating it is to have another unit that i pay for again stop working is aggravating. I'm not happy with the results first they say send documents of receipt and pictures of unit and i did then the game started with them telling me that they were going to replace unit buy i have to pay ***** for processing fee and i responded back if that was their way of standing behind their product that don't even last a year then they write back saying that is an upgrade and they have to charge ***** for shipping and don't have to return damage unit they just want money for me to pay to have a replacement and i don't think is fair they selling garbage and then want costumers to pay for replacements if they want another unit

      Thank you for making us aware of this complaint. The guarantee/warranty on this product covers replacement of the product, excluding postage and handling. However, as a goodwill gesture we processed a no-charge replacement order for Mr. ********* on August 24.
