      Dr. **** ****** ******** of ********** ** ********* aka Associated Pathologists located in Madison WI and Middleton WI. When discussing my results and bill told me his fellow associate is also the treasurer of the company. Initially my biopsy results were inconclusive for cancer. Then he discussed with Dr. ******* ******, of ****** ***** ******, my insurance coverage. They changed my diagnosis to Cancer without any further testing. They billed WI *******************. They were paid. Then Associated Pathologists billed ******** ******** and got a denial. They used that denial to bill me $1983. All ****** reviews and BBB complaints of Associated Pathologists aka ********** ** *********, claim the scandalous billing practices. Now that Dr. ******** confessed his M.D. associate is also the TREASURER of the company, it is clear they are excellent professional scammers. Will someone with true ethical authority please end this company? ??

      Horrible customer service. The people who answer the phones don't understand insurance or how to properly code services. They won't let you speak to a coder. Said they will send stuff to coder to review - they don't. They say they will call you back after review - they don't. They just threaten to send you to collections and make you pay for stuff your insurance should pay for.

      I keep giving them my insurance information over and over but they keep sending me bills and letters saying they don't have insurance on file. Like how over a dozen times of back and forth and still they dont know how to enter the information I give them. It's like they scamming customers out of money. Say they don't have insurance info and then send my bills over to collections.

      Never got a bill in the mail. Just a text message saying I owe them money. I got a call today that said, "Potential Spam" but it was Associated Pathologists leaving me a message to pay my bill. I don't trust throwing my credit card number over my phone. A bill in the mail would be better and more trustworthy.
