I've been riding with MadCity Mobility for the last 4 years. They were recommended by my homecare nurse as the safest & most reliable driving service in ***********. And it's true! It seems that ******* has a talent for recruiting the best drivers who are courteous & reliable. They show up on time in in clean vehicles & comply with all safety rules of the road. They assist with wheelchair or ******, and carry grocery bags to our door. I wish all driving companies could learn a few pointers from MadCity Mobility!

These drivers need to more alert and aware when they are driving with one or multiple people in their vehicles because if they to get in car accidents their passengers who they pick up and drop off on every day who have intellectual disability and congtive disability who may be in the wheelchair or not they are still considered disabled and for those who can walk to the vehicle even when they’re disability they may be verbal or non verbal, for those who have a disability and the driver doesn’t pay attention because he/she is the their phone and end up having car accidents people with disability will not respond to EMTs or police officers that arrive to help them weather their verbal or non verbal and people with Autism when they are late picking someone with disabilities like autism, it messes up their whole day and the driver tells them to get over it, not the right way to speak with someone with autism if you can not do this job then find another job because you need to be more reliable and respectful
