On Dec 29, 2024 or there about I spoke with Dr ***** via Zoom to discuss him possibly training me for weight loss, nutrition, injuries I was working on healing since he is a PT Dr. ** spoke about all my needs at the moment and continuing physical therapy as I worked with him. He did try to rush me through the process so start right away by the first of January 2025. He did mention the price of $199 per month which I thought was reasonable for all that I was getting since he would review my form and analyze what I was doing everything correctly to avoid more injuries. He guided me to affirm and entered all my information and I now know it was a loan that would be deducted from me monthly and paid to him in advance $2388 total. I never received anything from him in writing, I assumed since we discussed my issues that is what he was providing. He also requested I send my PT records for injuries which I sent. **ll to date all I have received are videos for exercise and stretches. Nothing else but videos. If he had told me videos were all I was receiving I would never have gotten a loan for $2388 to pay him. I had not previously ever used Affirm for a loan like this only for small purchases so I really didn't do proper research and obviously I should have gotten everything in writing. I have only been using his service for 1 month. I asked him for a refund for the remainder of the year only and now he will NOT respond to me at all. He has gone silent. I only want a partial refund for the months that I will not be using Feb through Dec 2025. I feel because I didn't know better he swindled me..I have attached the remaining balance and my messages that have been unanswered.
