      Purchased on-line a battery for a radio. Order # *****. Was sent a tracking number. I've been tracking the shipment since I ordered the battery on 7/14/23. Latest **** tracking says the item is "In transit to the next facility". it has been in that status since July 18th. Today is July 25th. I suspect **** has lost the shipment. Calls and e-mails to **** and Batteries America have been ignored without any response. Calls to Batteries America just go to voice mail. e-mails to Batteries America are not returned. It should not take 11 days to ship from WI to OH.
