      When looking for repairs, often given excuses as to its an old property, thatll happen or just no response all together. Took over 1 year and 3 FLOODS for landscaping to be done so my basement would quite flooding, still leaks. With no attempt at repairs in site. Been on going for MONTHS and no response from management. Last response was telling me, their basement also had water damage with the last rain, so its normal for that to happen.. just totally forgetting we had prior issues with our basement flooding.. all in all, I dont know if the owner really knows how Prima handles their property, and if they do.. shame on them just as much for allowing these slum lords to continue to give the working class unhealthy places to live..
