      Had to put 1 star cause I couldn't give them a 0. Purchased a car back in May, traveled a long way to get it, and spent alot of travel money. Was told it was a beautiful low mileage clean carfax car by salesman **** W, we'll, turns out it wasn't. Drivers side doors have been repainted, rust bucket underneath, and some other issues. Was promised by the sales manager **** *. we would get a replacement of the exact same car. It's been 3 months now with nothing to show, been ghosted by him for a month now. I have left messages, texted, and called his cell with no response at all.Can't believe you turned out to be a big liar and proud of it. Hope you sleep good at night knowing you s**** people that work hard for their money. The G.M **** is also one to stay away from, promised to get answers but again, nothing. And for the owner who I think is **** *. you should be ashamed of yourself for having people working for you that treat customers the way I, and it looks like lots of others have been treated. To make promises and then to not follow through, simply terrible. Your dealership gets an F. To all who read these negative reviews stay far away from Schoepp Motors it will save you money and a big headache.

      I have bought a 2009 GMC Serria from the dealership and right now my truck is have an oil pressure problem and also lifter problems and I texted my sales person and he said to call the service Monday morning because he will be out until Tuesday and so now I have to call my insurance company and tell them what’s going on with my truck

      We purchased a 2013 Kia rio this past fall. The process was less than fluid. Fast forward to now. The vehicle was in an accident and deemed a total loss. Our insurance company told us the vehicle was a precious salvage title so we will only be getting very minimum for the car. Not one time during the purchase process were we told the vehicle had a salvaged title. Had I known this, we would not have purchased the car.

      Doug J****** salesman manager is truly a unfair person has no remorse for the disabled or the handicapped and or the elderly he showed us that when he sold us a vehicle which needed repairs immediately From the day we purchased a Mercedes 2011 OK from Scheoppe Motors this year it has had problems. We have been begging them to go half with us to fix them as it is not in our budget to get any repairs done they refused, and now are refusing to take any calls Nor are they willing to go half and help us get the car fixed. We have contacted the department of transportation. I will not stop until someone recognizes that what happened to us should not happen to anyone we are disabled citizens living, check to check, trying to have a vehicle dependable enough to drive to appointments the vehicle we chose through Shep motors Was promised to be a dependable vehicle. We proceeded with getting a cosigner through our congregation. This is not acceptable. No one should be forced and subject to this type of behavior. No one I hope and pray that we get this settled as soon as possible. As we still don’t have a vehicle to drive, the engine light has come back on after we paid $800 just last week to get the car fixed through Shep motors. I’m sorry that it had to come to this and never would have thought that the person who I trust and thought was a long time friend would do me this way as I had a stroke last year, he said“I will take care of you guys“ Doug J****** you are not fair Thank you sincerely SB

      I won't leave even one star but I have to to get the review posted. Within four months the air conditioning stopped working, the door handle fell off in my hand, and the weather stripping around the door windows fell out. Salesman didn't care. My recommendation is to not ever buy a car from these people. Terrible and worthless cars and salesmen. Just out for a buck and took advantage of a single woman.

      This is the worst customer service we have ever received. Things were promised to be done and nothing was done. Called the company 3 days and told us they would return our call and never did. We have 500.00 to hold the vehicle on April 1 st. We had a death in the family and couldn't get back right away with the down payment John Floor called on Monday twice to see if we were going to take the car. Randy called on Tuesday and john was off . Left a message to say we were taking vehicle on Thursday . We said we would be there later because Randy's work car broke down. When we got there we put another 10,000.00 down on the vehicle and was ready to take vehicle home. When we got to the car. Randy noticed the vehicle was never cleaned. The sticker tape was still on the window. John showed me the inside of vehicle about all the buttons. I hoped I would remember and noticed there was no drivers manual in vehicle, which my husband questioned about it on the 1st of April. He was told they don't leave in vehicles that it was inside. We went to another dealership who showed us how. They were very helpful and told us to come if we have more questons. We had to be at my daughter's so l had to leave. When I left them they offered to wash vehicle. I couldn't come back because we had to babysit. Told us to call them we would schedule. We had been calling for 4 days and were always told they would call back and never did.. We went across the street 7 days later and had the car detailed. My husband took receipt to them to see if they would compensate and said they would have done it but never got the messages about or calls. When a got to Sun Prairie I also noticed there was less then a quarter tank of gas invehicle. When I called about that I talked to John and he said next time I am going to fill it to bring it to them and ask for him and he will fill up. We also have a free oil change coming with the purchase and would rather have a gift card No business for
