  They were actually very easy to work with. Quick response, resonably priced. My situation was specialized as I was ordering with a school grant money, and timing and felt really good about their attention. After recieving the mats, they look good and in good quality. My only complaint is that the installation process wasn't clearly stated. They helped by sending paperwork to instructions for my maintenance me but since I wasn't installing, I just forwarded it to them. Apparently, you need brackets and screws that I have to provide for the installer. Since I was the middle man, I should have prepared my maintencance men. It did cause a delay, and their only response was a generic apology and that it was stated on the paperwork. I just feel like customer service is making sure all i's are dotted and t's are crossed and that did not get conveyed to me verbally. I wasn't looking for a discount or anything like that, just a little more accountabiltiy is all.

  Great customer service! They helped me correct a quantity mistake I made on my original order within an hour and shipped lightening fast.

  In moving to a new location, we purchased flooring for our dance studio. We are grateful to still be using this flooring as we begin our 3rd year. We do need to replace the tape a few times each year, but that is a small cost compared to replacing the entire floor.

  The process of ordering a mat for my daughter's space was easy, the person I dealt with was pleasant and punctual, and the roll I ordered had a few extra feet, which was a nice surprise. I emailed back a month or so later with a question and it was answered quickly. All around great experience.

  I purchased their 1.5 inch home MMA puzzle mats for a small home training area. During the shopping process I initially requested samples of their different styles of mat and they responded swiftly to those requests and to the questions I had. I finally settled on the aforementioned product and they shipped it swiftly. I had it in hand 4 days later. It is wonderful and exactly what I was looking for. I'm looking at purchasing their pro level version for my school in the near future.

  This team is great! We needed a cool solution for flooring in our trade show booth. The rep was amazing in helping me understand the product and got it out the door and shipped to us super duper fast. Best part it easy to use and works great for what we needed, and super strong and easy to clean. Greatful for Made in the U.S.A.!
