      I had a conversation with a new dancer about a year ago at their club on **********. The dancer was pressuring me to do private dances which I chose not to do. She then began to tell other dancers not to talk to me. I complained to management about this problem and they sided with the dancer and informed me I would longer be allowed to come there. I stopped there again on 8/29/2024 and was denied entry. I'm filing a complaint about unfair business practices.After reading many online reviews about Silk Exotic I find it difficult to understand why there are not many more complaints filed here with the BBB including ones about actual transactions. A few corrections for your records. Silk Exotic has only been in business for 21 years, not 42. They now have four locations including *****************************************************. I am a business owner myself and one of my businesses has a 5 out 5 star rating. I started my first business in ********************** operation and I was a member of the BBB for a period of time. I think I know what it takes to provide satisfactory customer service and how to respond to a customer complaint. I will also be leaving other complaints about this business with other agencies.

      ************** was an infrequent patron of Silk Platinum and Silk Downtown MKE. An entertainer that ************** spent some time with spoke to management about a concerning conversation that transpired between them while at the club. The subject that was initiated and persisted on by ************** was of an illegal and illicit nature that made the entertainer extremely uncomfortable. Once management was aware of the situation, ************** was politely asked to leave the premises. We take the safety of all our entertainers, staff, and patrons very seriously. No threats are taken for granted and that is the reason ************** is no longer welcome at Silk establishments.
