5 starsReal Clean Environmental LLC did an outstanding job on our air duct cleaning project. Melvin truly went above and beyond—his pride in both his work and the company was clear throughout the entire process. He shared before-and-after photos and kept us informed of any concerns during his visit. Melvin is honest, hardworking, and exceptionally friendly. Despite the challenges of our project, he stayed longer to ensure everything was done right. He left no mess behind and carefully returned any moved furniture to its original place. 5 starsTimely and professional. Upfront and honest. I was called into work shortly after the owner of the business arrived for our scheduled appointment. I did not have any hesitation, leaving him and his staff in my home and he was kind enough to make sure the house was locked up tight when they left. 5 starsIf you ****** for "air duct cleaning", you might find that Real Clean Environmental might not be the cheapest, but I dare say they are the most honest and best service there are out there. We just moved in to our house four months ago, and decided to go with them to clean the air ducts. They came out and noticed the ducts were previously cleaned by someone else and asked if we know when. We didn't, so they did an inspection and showed us that the ducts were very clean and do not need to be cleaned again. They DIDN'T charge us anything. On top of that, I told them one of the bedrooms has very little air coming out. Melvin spent at least an hour trying to help us figure what the issue is. This is not their job (and they didn't have to help), but yet, was happy to try to figure it out, all at no costs. I offered to pay them something for their time but they refused. Needless to say, they are honest, friendly, and went beyond what is required of them.Review fromDianne P

5 starsReal Clean Environmental LLC did an excellent job not only on my rental property but also on my home. Melvin and Henry, his assistant, were very friendly, polite, answered all my questions, and were very very professional in the work they did. The pride they take in their work is very evident. I received a project report very quickly which included pictures of my vents before being done and after completion. These certainly proved the importance of their completed work. I was totally impressed with Real Clean Environmental LLC from the great customer service to the air duct cleaning process. Melvin ******* contacted me the day I submitted a request for a quote. He was very professional, friendly and answered all my questions with a very fair price. The day of the cleaning Melvin & his assistant arrived on time and went right to work. The vents were totally cleaned and the house smelled very nice when they left. They kept us updated on anything of concern and they were very professional. I would highly recommend Real Clean Environmental LLC & Melvin for his great air duct cleaning service.
