On July 17, 2015, DP Entertainment supplied information to BBB regarding the company's structure, contact information, and business offerings. After a BBB investigation into the company's submission, the BBB requested further voluntary clarification from the company regarding its contact information and ownership structure.
Specifically, BBB asked the company what to provide substantiation that the address provided to the BBB was where the company stated it was located. The BBB was unable to verify the company's location during its research process. As well, the BBB asked the company to provide a contact phone number for the company, as it was missing from the business' submission. Additionally, Mr. Pechacek listed himself as a co-owner of the business, but did not provide any other ownership information.
Mr. Pechacek emailed BBB on August 7, 2015, asking for BBBs rationale to the questions, but declined to provide answers to the questions asked.
