      Absolutely horrible service (If you want to call it that), for the cost. I had an Alarm installed that doesnt even work unless someone basically shatters my window! Originally I didnt like the sensitivity and asked that it be turned up, and I specifically told them what results I was looking for AGAIN! A guy comes out and fakes like he turns up the sensitivity but never did. I was told by voicemail to bring it in that Friday. Then that turned into "next week..." meanwhile my car is being tampered with. I live in an extremely bad neighborhood. So now Ive spent MORE money for an Auto camera. I recommend you Go on North Ave ***** ** *****, they have the same alarms for about $100 less and without an appointment. I stated before and after the installed how I wanted the sensitivity and they still set it to there preference.

      Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. We want to make sure that you are satisfied and we have given you multiple days and times to come in and see us and you've declined every one. When the car was shown before you left you wanted the sensitivity turned up; which we did. We showed you again before you left and you were satisfied at that time. A light bump with my fist triggered the alarm. You agreed that you did not want it constantly false triggering but wanted it to work just like the thousands of other vehicles that we have done. We told you that adjustments were covered under the warranty and that if you did indeed want it turned up even more that we would be happy to do so. We treat every customer the same when it comes to drop offs for appointments but we can not help you unless you are willing to drop the car off with us. We do not, nor have we ever made appointments via voicemail. The voicemail was left to advise you of the openings at that time and specifically said to call us back to schedule an appointment. Since you did not call us back, an appointment was never made. You called at 12:46 today (Friday) to try and cancel an appointment that was not scheduled (that you didn't even know the time for) due to a family emergency. I tried to schedule an appointment for next week and you declined after stating your only day off was Friday but next Friday was too far away. You were upset that we were closed this past Saturday and you then wanted to come in today (Friday) (in lieu of your family emergency) and I let you know that we did not have any availability today. You swore at me and hung up and then left us this amazing review. Based on the hundreds of 5 star reviews for both our products /services and our customer service I'd say we're doing a pretty great job taking care of our customers. Please reach out to us and we are still more than willing to turn the sensitivity up to make sure that you are happy. I hope you have a blessed day. -Alarmtronix-
